Our company is amidst rapid expansion and aims to capitalize on this growth to extend the reach of our SaaS cloud-based backup platform. As a vital member of our People department, you will play a crucial role in executing our global talent acquisition strategy.
In this senior position, your responsibilites will be to:
- Conduct the recruitment process; encompassing job descriptions, proactive candidate sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
- Drive the talent acquisition strategy by developing and implementing effective pipeline plans to attract top-tier candidates for various sales positions worldwide.
- Support the HR partnering agenda in an organisation, where things move extremely fast.
A critical component of this role involves establishing and refining best-practice recruiting guidelines and procedures, as well as delivering training sessions to ensure consistent practices across all our locations through robust stakeholder engagement. As a key People and Culture team member, you will actively contribute to initiatives that advance and improve the department's overall effectiveness.
Furthermore, we seek your support in HR partnering. This includes collaborating with various departments to understand their HR needs, providing strategic advice, and delivering tailored solutions. You will also be training and upskilling initiatives to enhance the capabilities of our workforce. Your role will foster a positive work environment, drive employee engagement, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience (5+ years) in managing the full recruitment life cycle, with a preference for start-up/scale-up environments and global roles.
- Proficiency in developing and executing sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
- Experience in supporting our Sales departments by sourcing the best sales profiles.
- Strong project and time management skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- To build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experienced in facilitating workshops and training.
- Professional level in English and preferably another language, for example, French, Spanish, German, or Danish.
- A self-starting mentality with a sense of ownership.
