Join Keepit's dynamic Security and Compliance team as we search for a talented  IT Security Project Manager!

Our company is experiencing rapid growth, and we're eager to leverage this momentum to expand the reach of our SaaS cloud-based backup platform. As an integral part of our Security and Compliance department, you'll play an important role in managing and executing IT security projects and audits.

In this role, you'll be tasked with:

• Leading IT security projects focusing on ISO 27001, ISAE 3402, and equivalent standards.
• Managing audits and the collection of data for audit processes.
• Ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures with focus on compliance and reporting.

Additionally, you'll be:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security measures.
• Providing expert guidance on security best practices across the business.
• Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.

An essential aspect of this position involves:

• Ensuring the company's IT infrastructure and processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A passion for driving IT security and compliance initiatives.
• Understanding of SDLC and the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Previous experience in project management, particularly within IT security and audits within a technology company.
• Proficiency in developing and executing security policies and procedures.
• Strong project and time management skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Very high professional level in English
• A self-starting mentality with a keen sense of ownership.

Details about this position:

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Our office in Copenhagen or Kraków, with a maximum of two days per week working from home

Position: Full-Time

Travel: Up to 25% travel required

Compensation: Market-competitive salary benchmarked to market standards.
