Our company is experiencing rapid growth, and we're eager to leverage this momentum to expand the reach of our SaaS cloud-based backup platform. As an integral part of our People and Culture team, you'll play a pivotal role in executing our global talent acquisition strategy.
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle, from scoping of roles through offer as you drive continuous improvements of effective recruitment plans that attract top talent. As part of this, you’ll be tasked with enhancing and promoting our employer brand to build awareness of KeepIt as an employer of choice in Poland. Additionally, as a key member of the People and Culture team, you will actively participate in a variety of initiatives aimed at advancing and enhancing the department’s overall effectiveness.
We are growing fast as a company and do our best to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup services to the global audience.

To succeed in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in managing the full recruitment life cycle, with a preference for start-up/scale-up environments.
- Proficiency in developing and executing sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
- To build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional level in Polish and English.
- A self-starting mentality with a sense of ownership.
