Keepit is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our Sales team and focus on reaching large customers in the French-speaking market.
We are growing fast as a company, and we are set on using our momentum to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup services to a global audience. As part of our expansion, we have brought in talented sales professionals across the globe. We see great potential in the Southern European market and have recently opened a regional office in Paris.
As Commercial Account Executive, you will lead our growth in France with support from our entire regional team. In the role, you will be responsible for growing our key customers in the commercial segment (1,000 – 5,000 users), hunting new logos, and expanding sales opportunities in France.
Central tasks as Commercial Account Executive with Keepit:
- Developing strong connections with commercial customers. Engaging key decision-makers, understanding their challenges, and positioning Keepit’s platform as the ideal solution.
- Driving the sales process, from initial contact and demo presentations to pipeline management and deal closure.
- Working with SDRs to identify and qualify leads while proactively seeking new opportunities.
- Driving sales through our 100% channel go-to-market model, working closely with partners to ensure successful deal closures.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be joining our team in southern EMEA and report to our regional VP of Sales, Thierry Bedos. 1. SaaS Selling Expertise: The candidate we are looking for has a comprehensive understanding of direct sales within the Cloud industry or back up/ infrastructure solutions. A demonstrated history of meeting sales targets indicates that you possess the mindset and organizational skills we seek. Competencies in building trustworthy relations, selling to small and midsize companies, and account management will be essential to this position.
2. Tech-savvy with a commercial mindset: Excellent understanding of the business value our solution can bring to our customers is key for this role. The role thus requires a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the backup- and recovery space, storage, or it-infrastructure, for example from competing solutions, as well as the ability to effectively communicate the business impacts of our product.
3. Hunter Mentality: We are looking for someone ready to hunt for new business. We believe this requires a hunter-mentality and a person prepared to spend time and energy seeking new business relations. We believe this requires discipline to keep going in the face of adversity and the will to work systematically to improve on both strengths and weaknesses to bring in more revenue. Having an existing customer network throughout the region would be a key asset.
4. Entrepreneurial spirit: We are passionate about our workplace, and we know that a good work environment and great collaboration across our organization are crucial to achieving our ambitious goals. For the position, we are looking for someone who is self-sufficient and can take the initiative and who can at the same time be a positive contributor to our team, working remotely across the region. We need someone who can make a concrete and realistic plan and take ownership of the territory, while at the same time being able to go out for a sparring session, and creatively co-develop ideas when things are not progressing as planned.
