Keepit is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our sales department and target customers in North Rhine-Westphalia (Postleitzahl 4 & 5)
At Keepit, we provide next-level, vendor-independent SaaS data protection with secure, reliable backup and recovery services. As Commercial Account Executive, you will lead our growth in North Rhine-Westphalia (PLZ 4 & 5) with support from the entire DACH sales team. In the role, you will be responsible for growing our key customers in the commercial segment (1,000 – 5,000 users), hunting new logos, and expanding sales opportunities in North Rhine-Westphalia (PLZ 4 & 5).
Central tasks as Commercial Account Executive with Keepit will include:
- Developing strong connections with commercial customers. Engaging key decision-makers, understanding their challenges, and positioning Keepit’s platform as the ideal solution.
- Driving the sales process, from initial contact and demo presentations to pipeline management and deal closure.
- Working with SDRs to identify and qualify leads while proactively seeking new opportunities.
- Driving sales through our 100% channel go-to-market model, working closely with partners to ensure successful deal closures.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
As Commercial Account Executive, you will join our team in the DACH region and report to our VP of Central Europe, Michael Heuer. As we expand in North Rhine-Westphalia, we’re looking for a candidate based in Düsseldorf, close to many of our key customers and partners. You'll work remotely and occasionally travel to our offices in Munich and Copenhagen, as well as to partner and customer sites as needed. 1. SaaS Sales expertise: The candidate we are looking for has a comprehensive understanding of direct sales within the Cloud industry or back up/ infrastructure solutions. A demonstrated history of meeting sales targets indicates that you possess the mindset and organizational skills we seek. Competencies in building trustworthy relations, selling to small and midsize companies, and account management will be essential to this position.
2. Network and market understanding: To establish our service as the preferred cloud backup provider in North Rhine-Westphalia, we need a Commercial Account Executive with deep market knowledge and an active network with customers and partners in this region. Bringing in new logos and upselling through our North Rhine-Westphalian partners will be crucial to success.
3. German language and culture-specific communication: As you will be working primarily in the German-speaking market, we expect you to be fluent in German, at least on a C2 level. We use English as our company language, and being fluent in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
