KeepIt is growing, and we are looking for a UX Researcher to help bring our backup services to more customers and realize our growth ambitions.

The UX Researcher will be at the forefront of understanding how IT teams and businesses interact with our cloud backup software. Your insights will directly inform the design of our solutions, ensuring they are intuitive and tailored to our target users. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation in the world of data protection and backup management.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources to fit the needs of key stakeholders in collaboration with the UX Designers
• Synthesize key points from the analysis in ways that can inspire and lead to new design ideas from the rest of the team
• Present and relay your key points both in text and presentations
• Identify research needs amongst key stakeholders in the team and across the organization
• Collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, UI designers and UX designers

Research Strategy & Execution:

• Plan and conduct user research, using methods such as user interviews, surveys and usability testing.
• Develop a deep understanding of the users and decision-makers who interact with our platform.

Develop insights:

• Synthesize findings into actionable insights that align with business goals and product strategies.
• Create user journey maps, and research reports that highlight user behavior, challenges, and opportunities.

Usability Testing:

• Conduct usability testing on prototypes and live features to identify friction points and recommend improvements for efficiency and ease of use.

Collaboration:

• Partner with product managers, designers and other internal stakeholders, to define research goals and prioritize efforts that will have the most impact on user experience.
• Advocate for the voice of the user throughout the product development process.

As a User Experience Researcher with Keepit, you will be part of the UX and Design Team, led by Thorbjørn Lynggaard Sørensen, and working from our Krakow office. Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design(HCI), Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in UX research, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Experience with using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• A solid understanding of industry standards in UX Design.
• Ability to work with data analytics tools to complement qualitative insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate research findings into compelling narratives.
• Excellent English communication skills.
