Director of Engineering
Do you want to join us on an ambitious mission to secure the digital world? Keepit is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the growth of our team in the Krakow office, Poland.
Are you a talented and proven Engineering leader ready to build and lead our Engineering team in Krakow, Poland? This is a rare opportunity to shape one of our largest investments, driving performance and innovation while creating something truly special in the vibrant city of Krakow. We empower our leaders to transform their teams, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and growth.
Keepit is seeking a Director of Engineering to join and lead our growing Engineering Team in Krakow, Poland. This is a crucial hire as we expand our operations in Krakow to support our ambitious growth plans.
As Director of Engineering, you will take a major part of building, scaling, and leading our engineering organization in Krakow, ensuring the timely delivery of innovative products and services that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the CPTO, VP of Engineering, Engineering managers, and other senior leaders to ensure the engineering organization operates efficiently and is positioned for ongoing success and growth.
Now is the perfect time to join us! We're rapidly innovating, turbocharging the Keepit SaaS data protection platform, which is recognized as a global leader and innovator. With our solution outpacing market growth, Keepit is on a hypergrowth trajectory, and this is the smallest we’ll ever be.
You might think, "Backup? That sounds boring." But nothing could be further from the truth. With the average customer using hundreds of SaaS apps and 75% of enterprise applications delivered via SaaS, Keepit’s mission extends far beyond backup. We’re at the forefront of security, information management, and governance, tackling complex challenges and delivering innovative technology solutions for a wide range of use cases.
The Keepit platform has a unique architecture different from any competitor out there and is designed to provide customers with an immutable historical archive of their primary data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Azure AD/Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk. It aims to protect them against everything, starting from ransomware to simple accidents.
Backing up billions of objects over foreign APIs using imperfect networks on systems with finite memory and making it all happen in as little time as possible in intelligent ways is no small feat.
If solving complex problems excites you, if you love building teams and creating an environment where everyone can thrive, and if you’re passionate about innovation, people, growth, and business success—we’re the opportunity you’ve been searching for.
