About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled P&C Business Partner to help establish the business partnering function in Keepit. In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to the business, supporting leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle—including talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and people operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with leaders to drive people initiatives and support business goals.

• Designing and delivering custom training programs and workshops to enhance skills and leadership development.

• Leading employee engagement efforts and fostering a strong company culture.

• Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and talent development.

• Supporting change management and organizational development initiatives.

• Providing guidance on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar role within a scaling tech organization.

• A solid toolbox that includes talent management, learning and development, and change management skills.

• Ability to work strategically executing in this hands-on role.

• Excellent coaching, stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to navigate a fast-moving, dynamic work environment.

• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams a major plus.

• Fluent in English (Danish is a plus).
