Global Director of MSP Partnerships
Are you ready to take ownership of a global MSP team to drive partnerships and deliver Keepit’s market-leading solution to a broader audience?
Keepit is seeking a Global Director of MSP Partnerships to lead our worldwide MSP strategy and drive success with our MSP Business Development Managers across the globe.
We are growing fast as a company, and we are set on bringing our market-leading SaaS data protection and recovery services to a global audience. We’ve seen a lot of success with our MSP partnerships, which we consider a testament to the ease of use and the high quality of our solution. With the number of licenses for products like M365 and Entra ID that are managed by MSP organizations, there is still a huge potential for us to pursue. As we are adding more and more team members, we want to bring in a strong MSP leader, who will help bring our MSP team to the next level.
As Global Director of MSP Partnerships, you will lead a dynamic, international team of MSP Business Development Managers (BDMs) and play a pivotal role in expanding Keepit’s global presence through strategic partnerships. You will own the overall framework for our MSP initiatives while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to drive scalable and successful outcomes.

- Lead and Scale a Global Team: Manage, mentor, and expand a team of MSP Business Development Managers (BDMs) across all global regions.
- Define and Execute Global MSP Strategy: Establish and implement a comprehensive strategy for identifying, onboarding, and growing partnerships with medium to large MSPs worldwide, ensuring alignment with Keepit’s business goals.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales leadership, marketing, product, and legal teams to create frameworks, tools, and programs that drive successful partnership implementations.
- Enable Team Success: Provide the MSP BDMs with strategic guidance and support to overcome challenges in their respective regions, ensuring alignment to regional needs while staying true to the global strategy.
- Drive Partner Enablement: Design and deliver impactful training and enablement programs to empower MSP partners with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to effectively sell and implement Keepit’s solutions.
- Champion Feedback to Product Teams: Act as a liaison between the MSP team and Keepit’s R&D/Product teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with market needs and emerging technology trends.
- Track Performance & Optimize Success: Conduct regular performance reviews, analyze metrics, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve partner engagement and revenue growth.
As Global Director of MSP Partnerships, you will be joining our Alliance team and report to our VP of Alliances. This is a global role, but we prefer that you work out of our Dallas office (or Denver area) to be closely connected to the team and stakeholders. However, candidates located in other strategic locations with convenient access to major travel hubs will also be considered.
