As a Product Manager on the infrastructure team, you will support Keepit’s continued growth and expansion. The infrastructure team drives the evolution of an architecture relying on components and services, enabling faster iterations and a platform that better scales. You will work closely with Developers and Product Managers in other areas to continuously improve and enhance our product offering and deliver value to our customers and business. A good technical understanding and commercial sense paired with a collaborative mindset will be key to focusing on enabling customer-centric products with business impact. With a deep understanding of the infrastructure area, you will help shape our product roadmap, also in alignment with our strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and drive assigned elements of our product from a product management point of view.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap.
• Actively contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring effective prioritization and alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
• Focus on the customer’s needs; what they need, why they need it, and in what business context. In general, being the customer’s voice throughout the product development process.
• Build a thorough understanding of trends in the market and competitive landscape as input to product development and positioning decisions.
• Help shape our product strategy and roadmap, also in alignment with our strategic business objectives.
• Define KPIs for new product initiatives and features and use analysis to track usage and business success post-launch.
• Present / sell / storytell to Keepit’s commercial teams, as well as to key customers and partners.

Requirements:

• Product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into functional requirements.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
