We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to join the Partner Enablement team at Keepit. This team focuses on enhancing the Partner Management Console — a critical tool that helps our partners efficiently manage, monitor, and grow their business with Keepit.
As a Project Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensure timely delivery of features and improvements, and align with stakeholders across the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to keep initiatives on track and teams informed.
Central tasks:
- Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects within the PMC domain
- Plan, coordinate, and track the progress of feature development and console improvements
- Facilitate communication between teams and ensure alignment across departments
- Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies
- Ensure documentation, timelines, and deliverables are clear and up-to-date
- Report progress to stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required skills:
- 4+ years of experience in IT project management
- Upper-intermediate English+
- Understanding of PMO methodologies and frameworks
- Proven experience in managing multiple cross-functional projects from the initial stage till release
- Proven experience in resource, risk, and dependency management
- Experience in managing cross-cultural teams
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, high organizational and facilitation skills
- Excellent at people management

4. Strategic thinking: Demonstrate a "helicopter view" perspective, seeing beyond the project and current state of things to understand the bigger picture, potential impact, outcomes, and dependencies. Drive changes in project direction or approach based on strategic considerations, ensuring ongoing alignment with organizational objectives.
5. Language: English is a preferred language, and we expect you to be fluent in both written and spoken.
