Social Media Manager- Part-time student

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. You will oversee various aspects of our social media channels with special emphasis on LinkedIn, including content scheduling, community management, and analytics. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with promotional activities and overall marketing team objectives.
Please note this is a part-time student position.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to schedule, promote, and manage daily social media posts across digital platforms.
- Coordinating internal processes for creative assets related to social media activities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Create high-quality, engaging content and manage daily activity on social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends, news, and competitors to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across all channels.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, algorithms, and platform updates, and incorporate new features and trends into our social media strategy.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at native or equivalent proficiency, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices across various platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions for social media content and campaigns.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting, with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies is desirable.
