Regional VP of Sales for Benelux
How would you lead and inspire our sales team to excel in Benelux?
Keepit seeks an exceptional Regional VP of Sales for Benelux to spearhead our sales team and accelerate our regional business in collaboration with our partners.
We’re growing fast and are determined to build momentum to bring our dedicated SaaS protection services to a global audience. We've built momentum, and now we are looking for a dynamic sales leader with a solid hands-on approach who can steer the ship with finesse while ensuring we tap into every possible opportunity this region offers. By emphasizing a partner-only strategy globally, we wish the same ideology to be mirrored in the Benelux region, leveraging the strengths of our established partner ecosystem.
As Regional VP of Sales for Benelux, you will be pivotal to our growth by leading and motivating our regional sales teams. You will also act as a Site leader for our local team covering all GTM functions. You will craft sales strategies, ensure seamless execution, and guarantee that targets are met and surpassed. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the region’s success, and we anticipate that you will infuse the same vigor and dedication that have made Keepit a force to be reckoned with on the global stage.
Key responsibilities as Regional VP will include:
- Hands-on ownership: Taking ownership of the success of our sales team towards accelerated Net New revenue growth in Benelux.
- Strategic Sales Planning with a focus on hands-on, high-energy execution: In line with Global GTM strategies, develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies for the Benelux region.
- Drive Net New Revenue: We're a high-growth SaaS company and the primary focus is to drive new customer acquisition. Your role is to ensure market coverage/territory allocation among our sellers. You will, on a tactical level, guide our account executives to identify and seize opportunities and ensure a high closing ratio. In close collaboration with our Corporate Marketing and local Field marketing, you will be responsible for driving new Pipeline activities to ensure a healthy pipeline ratio for all sellers.
- Accountability: Ensure account executives are held accountable on top of funnel activities and meet targets on a repeatable and consistent basis. You will be fostering a Keepit Collaborative team culture. We have a remote / in-office policy that allows us to be in the Amsterdam office 12 days a month.
- Collaboration with Partner Account Executives: Foster strong partnerships with regional VARs, MSP, and other relevant partners in Benelux by working in close alignment with our RPMs and our EMEA VP of Channel.
As Regional VP of Sales for Benelux, you will report directly to our Senior VP of Sales for EMEA, Søren Lindkvist. You’re based in Amsterdam and come with strong SaaS scale-up experience. Your DNA is that of a hands-on high-energy tactical sales leader with strong deal-making skills combined with a competitive yet team-oriented approach. - SaaS industry Acumen: SaaS experience combined with Backup and Restore Services from Keepit, or our competitors is essential. In-depth SaaS market knowledge from the Benelux is also crucial and a pivotal requisite to succeed in the role.
- Driving New Business Acquisition: This role requires a strong focus on new business acquisition. We are looking for a true hunter with a builder’s mindset, not a maintainer.
- Relationship Building: The aptitude to foster strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and teams will be central to success in this role.
- Strategic Analysis and Execution: We are looking for a profile who possess the ability to identify opportunities, formulate strategies, and ensure meticulous execution and continuous follow-up are key attributes we seek.
- Communication Prowess: Given the nature of the leadership role, impeccable communication skills are essential.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit with Ownership: We highly value individuals who bring an entrepreneurial spirit - those who approach challenges with innovation, drive, and a passion to chart new territories. We're looking for a leader who embraces true ownership, running the Benelux team as if it were their own franchise, making decisions with both autonomy and a sense of responsibility and urgency. Your ability to foster this mindset, treating the operations as your own venture, will be instrumental in the role.
