About the role

We’re looking for a skilled P&C Business Partner to support the business partnering function in Keepit. In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to the business, supporting leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle—including culture development, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and people operations.

What you will do

• Partnering with leaders to drive people initiatives and support business goals.

• Designing and delivering custom training programs and workshops to enhance skills and leadership development.

• Leading employee engagement efforts and actively shaping a strong, vibrant company culture.

• Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and talent development.

• Supporting change management and organizational development initiatives.

• Providing guidance on policies, employment law, and best practices.

You have

• Proven experience in a similar role within a scaling tech organization.

• A solid toolbox that includes talent management, learning and development, and change management skills.

• A strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

• Excellent coaching, stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to navigate a fast-moving, dynamic work environment.

• Experience working with conducting Leadership Development courses a major plus.

• Fluent in English (Danish is a plus).
