Integration Developer
Do you want to join us on an ambitious mission to secure the digital world? Keepit is looking for a Integration Developer to join our Revenue Operations team in the Krakow office, Poland.
We are growing fast as a company and do our best to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup services to the global audience.
Our platform is designed to provide customers with an immutable historical archive of their primary data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk. It aims to protect them against everything, starting from ransomware to simple accidents.
As an Integration Developer at Keepit, your role will be to help power the next phase of our AI-driven automation journey.
You will be at the intersection of system integration, automation engineering, and AI-enablement—collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (especially our Global VP of Revenue Operations) to design scalable, intelligent systems that help us grow smarter, faster, and more globally.
Central tasks:
- Build and maintain integrations across enterprise systems, enabling automation of sales and revenue workflows.

Design and manage REST APIs, webhooks, and scalable workflows using tools like Workato or AWS-native services.

Support the development of AI-powered agents by ensuring smooth, structured data flows from various business systems.

Develop ETL/ELT pipelines that ensure data integrity, consistency, and availability for AI and analytics applications.

Collaborate with AI engineers and data teams to create smart, trigger-based automation processes across sales and operations.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our integration framework with performance, observability, and reliability in mind.
Required skills:
- Solid experience with API design, web services (REST), and integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Mulesoft, AWS Lambda).

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) to automate and manipulate data workflows.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), including event-driven architectures and messaging systems.

Strong understanding of data models, ETL processes, and structured data transformation.

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a strong plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and drive complex integration projects independently.
Bonus skills:
- AI/LLM tools and prompt orchestration in business contexts

Data warehousing solutions and business intelligence pipelines
