Salesforce Architect
Do you want to join us on an ambitious mission to secure the digital world? Keepit is looking for a Salesforce Architect to join our Revenue Operations team in the Krakow office, Poland.
We are growing fast as a company and do our best to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup services to the global audience.
Our platform is designed to provide customers with an immutable historical archive of their primary data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk. It aims to protect them against everything, starting from ransomware to simple accidents.
As a Salesforce Architect at Keepit, you’ll join our Global Revenue Operations team to shape and scale the systems that power our go-to-market engine.
You will be at the heart of our CRM infrastructure—building scalable, automated, and secure Salesforce solutions that support teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance.
Key responsibilities
Complex Integrations & Connectivity
• Architect and oversee complex API integrations (REST / SOAP), middleware, event-driven architectures.
• Establish integration patterns (Orchestration vs. Choreography, Sync vs. Async).
• Ensure reliable, scalable data flows across external systems.
Technical Leadership
• Provide architectural guidance to developers and admins.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure technical alignment across teams.
• Optimize system performance using best-practice data modeling, trigger frameworks, and Apex / LWC architectural patterns.
Experience Cloud & CPQ
• Architect and enhance Experience Cloud portals for partners, including data sharing models, authentication, and scalable component design.
• Lead architectural design for CPQ implementations (Deal Hub preferred) including pricing strategy, product rules, advanced approvals, and renewals.
Platform Governance & DevOps
• Define and enforce standards for CI/CD, version control, branching strategies, and automated testing.
• Work with DevOps tools: SFDX, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, test automation frameworks.
• Establish release governance, impact analysis, and deployment strategies for multi-team environments.
System Configuration & Optimization
• Drive platform optimization using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Sharing & Role Hierarchy).
• Ensure system scalability and performance across data volumes, automation, and integration flows.
• Conduct periodic architecture assessments and health checks.
Stakeholder & Project Leadership
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Influence and consult senior stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities, roadmap, and emerging features.
• Manage and contribute to large, complex Salesforce programs from ideation through deployment.
Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in architectural leadership.
• Proven experience designing scalable enterprise solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, governance, and data management strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise with Experience Cloud and CPQ (Deal Hub strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience with complex integrations across systems.
• Strong grasp of Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and platform features (Platform Events, Async Apex).
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, SFDX, Jenkins) and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate architectural decisions, and provide technical direction.
Bonus Skills
• Knowledge of event-driven and microservices architectures.
• Experience with data migration and system consolidation strategies.
• Certifications:
– Salesforce Certified Application Architect
– Salesforce Certified System Architect
– CPQ Specialist, Experience Cloud Consultant
