Enablement Project Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an Enablement Project Manager to lead the operational delivery of enablement programs across internal teams, partners and our community platform. This role blends project management, platform ownership and enablement logistics - ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-savvy and passionate about creating seamless learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Community Platform Ownership
- Administer and optimize the enablement community platform (e.g. tagging, taxonomy, permissions)
- Curate and publish content in collaboration with enablement and product teams
- Monitor engagement, usage and feedback to inform content strategy and platform improvements
Enablement Logistics
- Coordinate face-to-face and virtual enablement sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and materials
- Manage participant communications, feedback collection, and post-session follow-up
Program Reporting & Analytics
- Track enablement program completion across internal and partner audiences
- Monitor certification progress and content consumption, and correlate with performance metrics
- Build dashboards and reports to support quarterly business reviews and strategic planning
Enablement Communications
- Draft and distribute enablement-related comms (e.g. program launches, content updates, reminders)
- Partner with Marketing and Internal Comms to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Maintain enablement calendars and comms templates for repeatable use
Learning & Enablement Qualifications
- 3+ years in project management, enablement operations or program coordination
- Experience managing digital platforms or learning communities
- Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting onboarding or certification programs
- Formal project management qualification (PRINCE2/PMP)
- Familiarity with LMS/KMS tools, reporting dashboard and enablement workflows
