About the role:
Keepit is on an ambitious global growth journey, and we are looking for an experienced and results-driven sales leader to further accelerate our momentum in the DACH Enterprise segment.
You will lead and develop our Enterprise Sales organization in DACH – a high-performing team of seven Account Executives focused on winning and expanding large enterprise customers. This is a strategic and highly impactful role that combines leadership, commercial excellence, and hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the DACH region, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration.
- Drive new net revenue through a strong enterprise sales motion, ensuring continued growth across both new and existing customers.
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment on GTM execution with Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to drive consistent growth.
- Own pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy while maintaining a strong focus on execution and follow-up.
- Partner with key strategic accounts and elevate Keepit’s presence among enterprise customers in the region.
- Work closely with regional and global leadership to shape the future of Keepit’s commercial organization.
About you:
- Proven experience leading successful Enterprise Sales teams within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- A strong track record of delivering consistent growth through enterprise-level new business and account expansion.
- Deep understanding of the DACH enterprise market, ideally with experience in Cyber Security, Data Protection, or related software domains.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with a hands-on leadership style – you lead from the front and know how to close complex deals.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage and inspire at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambitious scale-up environment, with a strategic mindset and the ability to execute.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Ideally based in Munich (we are also open to candidates based in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, or Cologne).
