Data Analyst
How would you help us uncover, understand, and communicate commercial data to fuel our global expansion?
Keepit is looking for a Data Analyst to help us generate actionable insights from all our commercial data.
We are growing fast as a company, and we are set on using our momentum to bring SaaS cloud-based backup platform to a global audience. We are currently expanding across the globe and as we invest in our go-to-market teams in all regions, the need to understand the effectiveness of our strategy is becoming ever more important. At the same time, we have access to a lot of data that can be used to help make adjustments and optimize decision-making as we continue to scale. Therefore, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Global Revenue Operations team.
As Data Analyst, you will play a key role in our commercial setup as you will own the day-to-day generation of data-driven insights, working directly with our Director of Data, Jonas Lundsgaard. You will play a key part in rolling out Tableau to replace our existing data insights setup.
Areas of responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze data from our revenue-generating teams to produce actionable insights for quick problem-solving and informed decision-making at Keepit.
- Storytelling with Data: Translate complex data into compelling narratives, considering the perspectives of key stakeholders.
- Tableau Ownership: Manage Tableau as the primary analytics tool, leveraging it to uncover insights that drive efficiency and growth.
- Salesforce Dashboard Development: Create and maintain dashboards in Salesforce to ensure timely access to essential insights.
- Report and Dashboard Accuracy: Regularly review and refine existing reports and dashboards to maintain data accuracy and relevance.
- Collaboration with Data Engineering: Collaborate with your data engineering colleagues to ensure the availability and cleanliness of necessary data points.
You will be joining our Revenue Operations team, and report to our Director of Data, Jonas Lundsgaard. We offer flexible work conditions and take pride in being an equal opportunity employer, recognizing how being a diverse workplace strengthens our product, customer relationships, and work culture.
A fair and transparent recruitment process
We know that it is just as important that you choose us as the other way around. We strive to cultivate a culture where you feel you belong – this starts in the recruitment process. Therefore, to be fair and transparent, we want to present the assessment criteria we will use in the hiring process if you choose to participate.
- Analytical skills: The ideal candidate possesses a sharp analytical mind and enjoys working systematically, interpreting complex data sets, and generating actionable insights. This requires a willingness to approach a complex reality with a curious, analytical mindset while keeping the projects realistic and useful for the organization. Being an expert in using Excel is necessary for working with our data. Outstanding abilities in Excel and Salesforce are a must and existing knowledge of Tableau is important. Experience with Pricing is highly valuable but not a requirement for this role.
- Attention to Detail: We are looking for a candidate who pays attention to detail and is committed to data accuracy and integrity but can also do a high-level analysis with a short timeframe when needed.
- Accurate storytelling and reporting: Having a flair for storytelling is key for this role, and being able to effectively communicate complex data and insights to key stakeholders is important. The ideal candidate will understand the priorities of various stakeholders and have the ability to craft compelling narratives that translate data-driven insights into relatable and actionable stories.
-
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Keepit is expanding, and on this journey, we are looking for talented and passionate people who are motivated by the possibility to make an impact on our organization. We are looking for a candidate with grit and tenacity to achieve our ambitious goals and possesses the confidence to speak up if there is a better solution than the direction we are heading. This comes from an ability to see the whole picture and a will to work in an environment that is ever changing as we scale. We strive to protect and nurture our strong work communities and the unique Keepit culture.
We kindly ask you not to provide us with any sensitive categories of personal data when applying for a job with us.
