KeepIt is growing, and we are looking for a Solutions Engineer for the DACH region to help bring our backup services to more customers and realize our growth ambitions.

The Solutions Engineering team plays an essential part in this by supporting our sales team in closing deals. This requires us to be knowledgeable about the implementation of our service, and how it can bring value to our customers.

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be at the cutting edge of SaaS data protection, collaborating with a dynamic global team. Based in Copenhagen, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our product and guiding customers through advanced data protection and cyber threat recovery strategies.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations both virtually and in person.
• Manage and implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure successful technical closure.
• Maintain Salesforce cadence with meticulous documentation.
• Support lead-generation initiatives, including events, webinars, and user groups.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Provide technical expertise on data protection through independent consultation with Keepit’s customers.
• Partner with the sales team to secure new clients and partners.
• Work closely with Product Management to relay customer feedback and insights.
• Offer pre-sales support to customers evaluating Keepit's backup solution.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Confident in delivering technical and business presentations to varied audiences, ranging from small groups to large, high-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with OEM, Channel, and Vendor ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as a motivated self-starter.
• Strong time management skills are essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple decision-makers to drive proposal outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel 50-75%.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales (pre-sales experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure (Power PI, Power Apps, DevOps, Power BI).
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365, including Exchange, OneDrive, Groups, Teams, SharePoint, and Dynamics.
• Familiarity with other cloud-based SaaS applications is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to present effectively in English.
• Industry-recognized certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of MEDDIC or MEDPICC methodologies is beneficial.
