As a Product Manager, you help drive the next-level evolution of Keepit’s service. You will work closely with Product Designers and Developers to continuously improve and enhance our product offering and deliver value to our customers and business. A commercial sense paired with a collaborative mindset will be key to launching customer-centric products with business impact. With a deep understanding of your product area, you will help shape our product strategy and roadmap, also in alignment with our strategic business objectives.

The Discovery & Data Resilience team delivers holistic disaster recovery solutions which guide customers through finding and restoring data across all mission critical workloads. The service protects critical customer data to protect from cyber-attacks and ensures recovery of the data is quick and pain-free.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and drive data search, selection and recovery features of our product from a product management point of view.
• With customer and business problems front and center, continuously validate value throughout the product development process.
• Focus on the customer’s needs; what they need, why they need it, and in what business context. In general, being the customer’s voice throughout the product development process.
• Create and maintain product documentation to support alignment, development and communication.
• Build a thorough understanding of trends in the market and competitive landscape as input to product development and positioning decisions.
• Help shape our product strategy and roadmap, also in alignment with our strategic business objectives.
• Investigate and identify the commercial aspects related to our product developments and how we can support our business through product growth.
• Ensure product releases achieve maximum business impact through successful Go-To-Market planning, including sales and marketing activities.
• Define KPIs for new product initiatives and features and use analysis to track usage and business success post-launch.
• Present / sell / storytell to Keepit’s commercial teams, as well as to key customers and partners.

Requirements:

• Product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience working with enterprise IT or backup and recovery administrator personas is preferred.
• Professional disaster recovery experience is a big plus.
• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products.
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into functional requirements.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
