Renewal Specialist
Keepit is seeking a Renewal Specialist. In this role, you will be part of the Renewal Operations Team, a growing and skilled team managing the executive relationships and expansion strategies of Keepit’s customers.
You will own, drive, and lead the renewal management and work collaboratively with the Account Managers, Account Executives and Regional Partner Managers. You will be working with an industry-defining team with a clear vision, surrounded by intelligent and caring people who are passionate about taking on and overcoming challenges together. This role also includes close collaboration with other departments (e.g. Finance, RevOps).

This is a hybrid role. We work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, and from the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

The impact you’ll make:
Own, drive, and lead the renewals lifecycle end-to-end for our alliance partner(s), while supporting and coordinating renewal activities with local Renewal Specialists across their markets.
Engage key stakeholders in identifying contract requirements and resolving potential roadblocks to ensure an on-time close including getting PO’s from our partners.
Manage contracts, negotiations, billing, legal, and financial questions internally and externally for the customer relating to their relationship and agreement with Keepit
Craft proposals, negotiate terms, and navigate procurement in collaboration with our Finance and Legal teams
Identify, escalate, and forecast at-risk opportunities to minimize customer churn in collaboration with the Renewal Team Coordinator
Update customer info in all internal systems.
Skills you’ll bring:
1-3 years of successful technology renewal management experience, preference for experience in partner first Saas backup industry
Excellent English communication skills (other language is a strong plus)
A Customer Success professional with a strong sales and negotiation mindset
Highly organized and efficient in managing your renewals pipeline
SaaS experience is a huge plus
Experience working in a dynamic, evolving, high-energy sales culture
Help develop and optimize this new, high-volume renewals program from building processes to automated functions
