If your profile fits, we’ll invite you for a short chat online. It’s a friendly conversation to get to know each other better.
Next, you’ll meet your potential manager or team members. Depending on the role, this stage may include a technical discussion or task.
Interview with the Manager or Team
Culture Conversation
This step is all about values, collaboration, and seeing if we’re a great fit for each other — because culture matters just as much as skills.
The final step is us talking with people who’ve worked with you to confirm the strengths and values we’ve already seen throughout the process.
