As a Product Manager you help drive the next-level evolution of Keepit’s service. You will work closely with Product Designers and Developers to continuously improve and enhance our product offering and deliver value to our partners and ecosystem. Commercial sense paired with a collaborative mindset will be key to launching customer-centric products with business impact. With a deep understanding of your product area of responsibility, you will help shape our product strategy and roadmap, also in alignment with our strategic business objectives.

The Product Manager will be a key part of our product management team. This position will share responsibility for what we provide to our Ecosystem in terms of our Partner Management Console (PMC) application. You will be responsible for a tool delivering value to partners managing Keepit end-customers through the PMC so that you will be engaging several different partner types in the Keepit Ecosystem. Additionally, you will work with your PM counterparts in our other product teams to ensure they provide what we need to support our Ecosystem. 

Key responsibilities:

• Focus on the partner ecosystem; what they need, why they need it, and in what business context. In general, being the partner’s voice throughout the product development process.

• Create and maintain product documentation to support alignment, development and communication.

• Build a thorough understanding of trends in the market and competitive landscape as input to product development and positioning decisions.

• Help shape our product strategy and roadmap, also in alignment with our strategic business objectives.

• Investigate and identify the commercial aspects related to our product developments and how we can support our business through product growth.

• Ensure product releases achieve maximum business impact through successful Go-To-Market planning, including sales and marketing activities.

• Define KPIs for new product initiatives and features and use analysis to track usage and business success post launch.

• Present / sell / storytell to Keepit’s commercial teams, as well as to key customers and partners.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be, or become, the recognized subject-matter expert in the partner ecosystem at Keepit. In this role, you’ll be working directly with our Delivery, Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams, who are all driving forward with their own roadmaps and commitments but will be depending on you for expert knowledge and guidance.  

Requirements:

• Product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment selling through channel and partners.

• Proven track record of managing the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products.

• Ability to translate partner and business needs into functional requirements.

• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.

• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
