Partner Enablement Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Partner Enablement Manager to design and deliver high-impact enablement programs that accelerate partner onboarding, drive technical and commercial readiness and fuel partner-led revenue. This role focuses on helping our partners get to speed quickly, understand our products and succeed in selling and supporting our solutions – ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments, and knows how to turn enablement into a growth lever.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Onboarding & Activation
- Design scalable onboarding journeys for partner sales, SEs, and support teams
- Deliver certification programs and enablement toolkits tailored to partner personas
- Localize content and messaging for regional and vertical-specific partner needs
Program Design & Execution
- Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for partner sales, SEs, and support teams
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align enablement content with GTM priorities and product updates
- Partner with the Channel teams to ensure seamless enablement program delivery
- Maintain and evolve certification pathways, learning journeys, and partner-facing toolkits
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the enablement point of contact for partner managers, channel leads, and alliances
- Facilitate partner deal clinics, feedback loops, and performance reviews
Program Management
- Design and manage enablement programs, monitor program effectiveness and continuously improve based on partner feedback and performance data.
- Track certification completion and enablement content consumption across partner segments, and correlate engagement with partner performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in partner enablement or channel programs.
- Experience in designing and delivering enablement programs across global partner ecosystems
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, data protection industries.
- Exposure to partner communities or platform engagement strategies
- Strengths-based coaching mindset or enablement certification
