SMB Account Executive - Sweden

We are looking for an SMB Account Executive to join our Nordic sales organization and strengthen our presence in Sweden.
About the role
Based in Copenhagen HQ, you will proactively identify, develop, and close opportunities with customers in the SMB segment (up to 1,000 seats).
You will develop relationships with prospective SMB decision-makers, uncover business needs, and communicate the value of our market-leading SaaS backup solution. As part of an established, high-performing team in Copenhagen, you will have the collaboration and support needed to drive new business and make a real impact.
You will:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including product demos and presentations.

Actively hunt for new business in the SMB segment (up to 1,000 seats) and build a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

Engage directly with decision-makers to understand their needs and position Keepit’s solution effectively.

Proactively manage and prioritize your pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Continuously identify new ways to reach prospects and open opportunities in Sweden.
- Contribute insights and best practices to continuously improve the sales approach across the team.
About you
- Proven track record in new business sales within the SMB segment (up to 1,000 seats).

Solid understanding of B2B SaaS or IT solution sales, ideally within cloud, backup, or related technologies (preferred, not required).

Confident managing the entire sales cycle independently.

Skilled at building trust-based relationships with prospective decision-makers.

Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong hunter mentality.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.

The majority of our back-end components are written in clean, modern C++ using mainly purpose-built components. Components responsible for business processes and data mining are built using Common Lisp. Everything runs on Linux.
