Middle Product Designer
About the role
We are looking for a designer with solid craft skills and experience working in product teams. As a Product Designer at Keepit, you will work independently on your design tasks and contribute across the product.
You will join a supportive, friendly, and experienced design team where we collaborate closely, share feedback openly, and help each other grow. We care about psychological safety, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
Product Designers at Keepit work together with Product Management and Engineering from early discovery to final implementation, shaping both the problem and the solution.
You will:
Framing problems and aligning with PM and Engineering before moving to solutions
Creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for complex, multi-step workflows
Building prototypes and validating concepts with users or stakeholders
Communicating design decisions clearly, including trade-offs and rationale
Participating in design reviews and giving constructive, direct feedback
Contributing to and working with the Keepit Design System
Documenting design decisions and preparing handover materials
Supporting usability testing and interpreting findings
Ensuring consistency and clarity across your product area
About you
Must-haves:
A strong understanding of UX and UI principles
Experience designing complex workflows (multi-state screens, edge cases, cross-feature dependencies)
A proactive approach to collaboration across roles
Ability to translate insights into practical design solutions
Confidence in creating prototypes at different fidelity levels
Confidence working within a design system and knowing when to extend it
Ability to work independently on scoped tasks and manage your own workflow
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
Solid spoken and written English
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in B2B or data-heavy SaaS products
Familiarity with designing for enterprises
Knowledge of usability testing methods
Experience with accessibility standards

Our platform provides customers with an immutable, historical archive of their data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk.
We protect our customers against everything, ranging from ransomware to simple accidents.
The majority of our back-end components are written in clean, modern C++ using mainly purpose-built components. Components responsible for business processes and data mining are built using Common Lisp. Everything runs on Linux.
