Senior Product Designer
About the role
We are looking for a designer with solid craft skills and experience working in product teams. As a Product Designer at Keepit, you will work independently on your design tasks and contribute across the product.
You will join a supportive, friendly, and experienced design team where we collaborate closely, share feedback openly, and help each other grow. We care about psychological safety, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
Product Designers at Keepit work together with Product Management and Engineering from early discovery to final implementation, shaping both the problem and the solution.
You will:
Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
Build prototypes and validate concepts with users or stakeholders
Translate insights into clear design decisions
Work with product managers and engineers to refine problems and requirements
Contribute to and work with the Keepit Design System
Document design decisions and prepare handover materials
Participate in design reviews and give constructive feedback
Support usability testing and interpret findings
Ensure consistency and clarity across your product area
About you
Must-haves:
A strong understanding of UX and UI principles
Experience designing user flows, journeys, and interactions
Confidence in creating prototypes at different fidelity levels
Ability to interpret research insights and apply them to design
Experience working with a design system
Ability to document design decisions clearly
Experience collaborating with product managers & engineers
Advanced English (spoken and written)
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in B2B or data-heavy SaaS products
Familiarity with designing for enterprises
Experience improving or contributing to design systems
Knowledge of usability testing methods
Experience with accessibility standards

Our platform provides customers with an immutable, historical archive of their data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk.

The majority of our back-end components are written in clean, modern C++ using mainly purpose-built components. Components responsible for business processes and data mining are built using Common Lisp. Everything runs on Linux.
