MSP Business Development Manager - NEUR
We are seeking an MSP Business Development Manager with expertise in identifying, negotiating, and developing MSP partnerships to drive business growth and market expansion.
As MSP Business Development Manager NEUR, you will be pivotal in identifying, negotiating, and developing MSP partnerships to drive business growth and market expansion. Your primary responsibility will be driving net new business, nurturing strong relationships with MSP partners and aggregators, developing and executing strategies to drive mutual success, and achieving partner sourced pipeline and incremental revenue targets.
Key responsibilities will include:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential MSP partners that align with the company's business objectives and growth strategy in the EMEA Region
Build a pipeline with qualified MSP business opportunities, follow up with leads and work towards closing MSP partnerships, often working with and fulfilling deals through MSP aggregators (Pax8/Sherweb, etc.).
Attend relevant events and trade shows as a key method for finding new MSP prospects leads. Therefore, some travel activities are expected.
Take full ownership of demoing our solution and show value it can bring to MSP’s and their customers.
Lead negotiations, contract development and adjustments, and ongoing partnership management to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, finance and legal teams to drive successful partnership implementations and initiatives.
Act as a liaison between MSP Partners and Keepit’s R&D/Product teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with emerging technology trends and market needs.
Design and deliver tailored training and enablement programs for MSP partners and MSP aggregators, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to effectively position and sell Keepit’s solutions.
Drive regular performance reviews and management, reporting, and metrics analysis to track success and devise strategies for continuous improvement/
As MSP Business Development Manager Northern Europe, you will be joining our MSP team at the heart of the global partnerships organization. You will be reporting to our Global Director of MSP and Cloud Distribution. We expect you to work from within a key business hub in the Nordics/ Benelux region, making it possible for you to meet with your existing and potential partners.

1. MSP Partnership know-how: The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of the MSP language and business model as well as outstanding abilities to identify the right partnerships and drive mutually beneficial business relationships.
2. MSP Partner enablement: The role requires the ability to enable our MSP partners. This means that you will not only need to be able to learn how to demo the product but also teach others how to demo the product.
3. Understanding the business value of Cloud Backup and Recovery: The role thus requires a solid understanding of the technical aspects of the backup- and recovery space, storage, or it-infrastructure, for example from working with our competitors, as well as the ability to effectively communicate the business value of our product.
4. Hunter-mentality: We are looking for someone ready to hunt for new business. We believe this requires a hunter-mentality and a person prepared to spend time and energy seeking new business relations. Having a strong network of potential MSP partners throughout the region will be a key asset.
5. Entrepreneurial spirit: We are looking for a candidate who is motivated by the opportunity to come in and have a huge impact in a scale-up company and who is willing to accept that we need to lay some tracks as we move in this stage of our journey.
