Regional Marketing Manager - Americas
Keepit is looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our Americas Regional Marketing team.
About the role
As Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for and taking ownership of executing our partner-first GTM strategy by supporting Keepit's Focus Partners within our Americas region. You will work closely with our Americas Marketing Managers, Regional Partner Managers, and Americas Sales Leadership. Ideally, you have previous experience working with B2B SaaS companies and partners across North America.
You will:
Own and execute partner-marketing plans in close collaboration with Keepit's Focus Partners to build pipeline, generate revenue, and increase brand awareness.
Cultivate relationships with partners' local marketing and sales teams; ensure Keepit stays top of mind as their preferred SaaS data protection vendor, as part of their SaaS portfolio.
Own and execute Keepit's sponsorship at relevant regional conferences and trade shows.
Develop and execute programs for targeted Focus Partners in the Americas / ANZ sales regions
Track and report on channel marketing campaigns' effectiveness and progress, continuously striving to improve the partner marketing function and results.
Work closely together with the entire Global marketing team to develop and/or amplify digital marketing concepts and campaigns for partners, including events and conferences.
Manage and track regional partner marketing budgets, including MDF (marketing development funds) provided for our partners.
Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and Project Management software (Monday.com, Asana) is a plus.

Establishing great collaboration with our focus partner sales, field , and marketing teams is key to your success as a Regional Marketing Manager.
SaaS and B2B demand generation: We are an ambitious and fast-growing organization that needs your help to succeed together with our key partners. We, therefore, have an essential task in understanding which marketing channels to use to support our partners in activating their customers and reaching new prospects across the market. This requires a thorough understanding of the user journey across regions and a motivation to enhance our channel strategy in close collaboration with the Global Marketing Team.

A successful Partner Marketing Manager is a driven self-starter who is also an exceptional team player. Scope: This person will work to develop and execute programs for targeted Channel Partners, primarily in the Americas sales regions at Keepit. This individual will also provide marketing support to the Americas Channel Sales and Business Development organizations, developing and executing successful partner programs to boost lead acquisition rates, increase conversion rates, and ultimately drive the sale of Keepit products.
Additional responsibilities include the following:
Develop integrated channel marketing programs designed to drive new lead acquisition, nurture existing prospects, and drive quality channel opportunities in the US, Canada, and LATAM regions. This includes developing content, presenting to partners, driving channel enablement activities, and executing demand generation campaigns.
Develop program plan documents that articulate details such as program objectives, target audience, key message, program sequencing, metrics, and offer details.
Focus on programs that drive value to our top channel partners and develop new programs as necessary to recruit new channel partners.
Develop and manage communications plans and deliverables to ensure consistent message delivery for partners. Collaborate with the PR team to develop a quarterly editorial calendar and promote partners through various channels.
Track all campaigns & programs, leveraging marketing and sales automation tools, for closed-loop measurement.
Participate in full-cycle budget planning (within the context of marketing plans), contribute to the overall budgeting process, track expenses against the program budget, monitor progress against established goals, and submit quarterly reports. Account for under-spending or overspending as it occurs within targeted partners and document its impact on marketing results.
Identify impactful regional events and sponsorship opportunities (such as demo days, road shows, seminars, and industry events); drive content production, regional promotion, and provide logistical support.
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent in the relevant discipline
5-7 years of relevant experience in channel, demand, or product marketing
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated success in managing and completing projects at or under budget
Excellent knowledge in the area of B2B IT channel partners, lead nurturing, demand generation, integrated channel programs, channel partnership, lead process, and channel marketing ROI
Demonstrated experience generating creative channel strategies that map to a business plan
Ability to manage, prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment
A team player, effectively interacting with employees at all levels within the company.
Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle many different projects simultaneously.
Ability to lead and inspire; positive attitude, team player, and contributor
25%+ business travel in the Americas required, with occasional visits to corporate headquarters in Copenhagen.
