VP Sales, Americas

About the role
Reporting directly to the CRO, the VP Sales, Americas will play a critical role in scaling revenue, expanding market presence, and building a world-class sales organization. You will define and execute regional growth strategies, lead high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence across the business.
You will:
Lead from the front to build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of sales leaders and sellers who are accountable, motivated, and results-driven.
Drive significant new ARR growth through strategic GTM planning, disciplined execution, and strong operational leadership.
Scale and optimize regional sales performance across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Channel motions.
Partner closely with Marketing to generate pipeline, increase market visibility, and maintain healthy pipeline coverage across the organization.
Strengthen strategic relationships with VARs, MSPs, distributors, and alliance partners across the Americas in close collaboration with Channel leadership.
Build executive-level customer relationships and lead complex enterprise deal cycles.
Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive customer value and predictable growth.

About you
You’re based in a major hub within the Americas and bring strong SaaS scale-up experience. Your DNA is that of a hands-on, high-energy commercial leader with exceptional deal-making skills, operational rigor, a collaborative leadership style, and a competitive spirit.
Must-haves:
Proven sales leadership experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
Strong track record of scaling regional sales organizations and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Experience leading geographically distributed teams across North America and/or Latin America.
Deep understanding of enterprise sales, channel ecosystems, and strategic GTM execution.
Demonstrated success in complex deal management and executive stakeholder engagement.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in data protection, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent enterprise technology markets.
Background working in international scale-up or hypergrowth environments.
Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or other modern enterprise sales methodologies.
Experience collaborating with private equity or venture-backed growth companies.

Our platform provides customers with an immutable, historical archive of their data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk.
We protect our customers against everything, ranging from ransomware to simple accidents.
The majority of our back-end components are written in clean, modern C++ using mainly purpose-built components. Components responsible for business processes and data mining are built using Common Lisp. Everything runs on Linux.
