Build structured enablement frameworks for technical onboarding and ongoing skills reinforcement.
Develop modular toolkits, playbooks, and best-practice guides tailored to technical roles.
Design and deliver technical training and coaching sessions (live and virtual).
Own and evolve a technical readiness framework, defining what 'demo-ready' and 'technically proficient' look like at each level.
2. Content & Knowledge Management
Own technical enablement content strategy
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate Keepit concepts into clear, actionable learning.
Manage and evolve the Knowledge Management System (KMS) for technical audiences.
Work with the Product and Designer Teams to build and maintain the canned demos
Transform content such as scripts, product notes, and subject-matter expertise into well-structured, visually engaging learning experiences (e-learning modules, interactive guides, and video).
3. Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Enterprise Customer Experience, and Partner Enablement to align programs with GTM priorities.
Act as the technical enablement liaison in product launches, ensuring readiness across internal and external stakeholders.
4. Measurement & Impact
• Define KPIs and success metrics for technical enablement initiatives (ramp time, demo readiness, win rate contribution, time-to-value).
• Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve enablement programs.
5. AI-Powered Enablement & Tooling
Champion the adoption of AI tools, coaching assistants, knowledge-base AI tools, content generation, to scale enablement
Stay ahead of emerging tools and bring best practices into Keepit's enablement practice.
Apply enablement best practices and adult-learning principles to continuously raise the quality and effectiveness of programs, and champion a strong enablement culture across the GTM organisation.
